Abhishek Bachchan & Aishwarya Rai Bachchan seem like the perfect couple. One the son of a legendary superstar, other a former Miss World, the match seems made in heaven. While their fans may think they know it all, here are a few lesser known facts about this glamorous couple:
1. In spite of working together on a number of films like Dhai Akshar Prem Ke, Kuch Na Kaho & Urmao Jao, it wasn't love at first sight fof them. During the shooting of those films the duo were in a relationship with other people.
2. Aishwarya Rai did a special item no in Abhishek Bachchan's film 'Bunty Aur Babli'. This number also featured Big B. It was only after this item number that Abhi-Ash were linked up as a couple.
3. It was in 2005, during thw filming of Guru that the two fell in love.
4. While shooting for Guru, Abhishek was also shooting for KJo's Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. It was during a New York schedule of the film that, standing alone on his hotel balcony Abhishek dearly missed Aishwarya & wished to have her by his side. It was then that he realised he wantd to marry Ash.
5. During the New York premier of Guru in Jan 2007, Abhi took Ash to the very same Hotel balcony & proposed to her for marriage. What was unique was that, instead of gifting the Miss World a solitaire or gold ring, Abhi proposed her with the ring he made her wear in the film Guru.
