Shahid who was hunting for a property in Mumbai for past few days finally zeroed down on a plush 3-BHK flat in Juhu's Praneta Apartments worth a jaw dropping 32-crore rupees. But what is even more interesting than this lavish deal is the fact that if Shahid decides to shift to his newly bought home then he would become neighbor to his alleged ex-girlfriend Vidya Balan. Yes our little birdy chirps that Shahid's luxurious pad is located few building away from Vidya Balan's Juhu bungalow.
Shahid at present owns a spacious 2-BHK apartment worth a colossal 2-3 crore rupees in Raj Classic Apartment at Lokhandwala.
